He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward and Carole. He is survived by: his children, Mike, David (Brenda-Jayne), Doug, Andrea (Darroch) and Pam; and his grandchildren, Matthew, Nathan, Andrew, Haylee (Nico), Sarah (Will), Mitchell, Ryan and Thomas. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
