She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Silzer and Freda Silzer; her brother Harvey Silzer; and her daughter Cheryl Altwasser. She is survived by: her daughter Karen; her grandchildren, Carla (Chad), Kendra (Mark), Danelle and Michael (Margaux); and her great grandchildren, Gage, Bennett, Lyla, Emerson and Griffin.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 13th 2026 from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Mount Olive Lutheran Church (2015 4 Ave N, Regina, SK S4R0T5).
Donations in memory of Elaine may be made to the Mount Olive Lutheran Church Memorial Fund.
