She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Pernitzky and Agnes Pernitzky; and her sisters, Meryl Wolf and Joyce Pernitzky (Claude Pitzel). She is survived by: her children, Karen Pitzel (Ray Hoffman), Lee Ubell, Lyle Pitzel (Debbie) and Neil Pitzel; her sisters, Sylvia Gervais (Edmund) and Audrey Snowden (Dale); her grandchildren, Stephanie, Devin, Cierra, Mason and Danielle; and her great grandchildren, Elayna, Charley, Ophelia, Nia and Archer. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and brothers and sisters-in-law.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (315 Douglas Ave E, Regina, SK S4N1H7). A burial was held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Riverside Memorial Park Cemetery (815 Assiniboine Ave E, Regina, SK S4V1A6).
