It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Charko (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Blaine Lake, Saskatchewan, who passed away on September 17, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Steven Charko and Mary Charko; and his brothers, Carl and Mike. He is survived by: his wife Laverne; his children, Doug (Juliet), Garth (Melissa) and Tammy (David); and his brother Clarence (Lorna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
