He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his daughter Tina Ridgway (Pat); his grandchildren, R. J. (Natasha), Sarah and Kenny; his great grandchildren, Peyton, Sawyer, Declan, Makayla and Daylynn; his grandchildren, Cheri Roske (Jason), Brandon (Josie) and Andrew; his great grandchild Blair; his grandchildren, Mathew and Kiley; and his siblings, Ron (Elaine) of Mossbank, SK, Eleanor Novik (Bill) of Danbury, SK, Patricia Chamberland of Ottawa, ON, Leonard of Hyas, SK, Christine of Regina, SK and Jerry (Pat) of Kamsack, SK. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made in Ernie's memory to the Alzheimer Society of Canada, in support of research, education, and programs that help individuals and families affected by Alzheimer's disease.
