He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Armbruster and Holdine Armbruster; his siblings, Gustav and Erna Mundt; and his siblings-in-law, Wilf Mundt, Walter Yauck, Wilfred Yauck, Helen Yauck and Agnes Yauck.
He is survived by: his wife Esther; his daughters, Janice Herman (August), Brenda Wagner (Wes) and Bonnie Armbruster; his grandchildren, April (Mike), Fonda (Darren), Mandy (Bryce), Lindsay, Lynden (Melissa), Brittany and Jordie (Gena); his brother Lloyd Armbruster (Fran); and his sister-in-law Rosalie Kelln (Bruce). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and dear friends.
