He was predeceased by: his wife Loretta; his daughter Sandra; his parents, Jake and Suzie; and his brothers, Harry and Victor.

He is survived by: his son Dale (Ana Maria); his stepdaughter Antonia of Chile; his daughter Jan (Glen); and his grandsons, Johnathan (Jess) of Regina and Daniel of Regina. He is also survived by numerous in-laws and nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Due to Covid restrictions, there will be a private funeral for immediate family.
