He was predeceased by: his parents, Martha Nickel (Huff) and Edward Nickel; his grandson Matthew Bossenberry; and his sister Irene. He is survived by: his wife Edna (Mebs) of Lemberg; and his children, Karen (Mike McCann), Ken (Jodi), Todd (Jean) and Tim (Heather). He is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (4825 Dewdney Ave, Regina, SK S4T1B7).
