She was predeceased by: her husband Wally Hook; her parents, Peter Famulak and Anne Famulak; and her siblings, Mary St. Michel, Ed, Andy and Merve Famulak. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, extended family.
A prayer will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Speers Funeral Chapel (2136 College Ave, Regina, SK S4P1C5).
