It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick Earl Howard (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on February 12, 2019, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Fred Howard and Mattie Howard; his great grandchildren, Brenda and Greg Gritzfeld; and his close friends, Doreen Kraus, Fran and Gord Kullman. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Fred's memory can be made to the Saskatchewan Cancer Agency, 200-4545 Parliament Avenue, Regina, SK S4W 0G3 or to Regina and District Ostomy Society, 7631 Discovery Road, Regina, SK S4Y 1E3.
