He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Stanley "Stan" and Marion Louise; his mother-in-law Mary Kowalchuck; and his brother-in-law Donnie Zuchkan. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his grandchildren, Jax Halvorsen and Austin Husum; his father-in-law James Kowalchuck; his siblings, Barry (Penny) and Cheryl (Barry); his siblings-in-law, Garth (Noel), Marty and Tykana; his nephews, Troy (Sirinee, family: Justyn) and Jessie (Kelsey); and his niece Jacqueline (Calvin, family: Janel, Kendra, Maddison). He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, and cousins.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Lutheran Church (370 McIntosh St N, Regina, SK S4R5A2). A burial was held on Saturday, March 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Regina Memorial Gardens (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8).
