He was predeceased by: his brother Leonard Schindel; his stepson Roland Meier; his brother-in-law George Mintzler; and his son-in-law Gord Junck. He is survived by: his wife Donna Schindel; his siblings, Gus Schindel, Phyllis Mintzler and Barbara Schulz (Al); and his children, Cory Schindel (Natalie), Wendy, Brenda Junck, Kent Wilson (Kathy) and Shaun Wilson. He is also survived by his family and friends, including his close friends.
