He is survived by: his wife Angie; and his children, Keith, Vicki and Georgette.
A celebration of George Reed's rich life is to be held on Friday, October 6, at the Viterra International Trade Centre, from 1 to 3 p.m. Doors open at 11:30 a.m.
Attendees are encouraged to wear Rider green and, in lieu of flowers, are asked to make a donation to the George Reed Legacy Fund, benefiting two of his favourite organizations: Special Olympics Saskatchewan and Mother Teresa Middle School.
