He was predeceased by: his wife Therese; his parents, Ed Hanaback and Rose Hanaback; and his brother Albert Hanaback. He is survived by: his daughters, Leisa Haidl and Karen Schack (Bill); his grandchildren, Erika Mirzajanilatif, Gabrielle Haidl and Kiersten Schack; his great grandchildren, Eliza Mirzajanilatif and Casper Mirzajanilatif; his siblings, Margaret Matyas (Pat), Ed Hanaback (Gale), Larry Hanaback (Eva) and Suzanne Pankiw (Ron); his sister-in-law Joanne; and his child R. C. Church. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
