He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Waddell and Phyllis Waddell; his wife Ann Marie Waddell; his daughter Shelley Lock; his mother-in-law Frieda Bell; his sisters, Doreen Bukowski (Ted) and Alma Waddell; and his brothers-in-law, Fred, Bert and Doug Brehaut.
He is survived by: his children, Valerie Parker (Curtis) and Robert Waddell; his son-in-law Chris Lock; his grandchildren, Ashley James (Richard), Andrew Parker, Dryden Lock (Michaela), Trevor Lock (Brianna), Xavier Waddell, Niles Waddell, Patience Waddell and Evander; his brother Merv Waddell (June); and his sister-in-law Margaret Brehaut. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews, and a multitude of friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Glen Elm Church of Christ (1825 Rothwell St, Regina, SK S4N2C3).
