He was predeceased by: his parents, William and Mary; and his siblings, Frank, Bert, Orland, Orma and Lorne.

He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl (Perry); his grandchildren, Darren (Jill), Jordan (Carolyn), Kyle and Karla; his daughter Corinne (Lou); his grandchildren, Michelle (Tim), Daniella (Ryan) and Jason (Kayla); Drew, Brian (Karen), Nathanael (Casey) and Jaydon.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Glen's name to the Canadian Cancer Society.
