He is survived by: his children, Arianna McNab, Chainey Kennedy, Shane Kennedy and Shale Kennedy; his grandchildren, Elaysia Lashae Anaskan and Chainey Kennedy Jr.; his siblings, Derrick Saulteaux, Robin, Barry (Michelle), Keitha, Jackie (Delmar), Robert, Lynette, Patricia, Randy, Rayne and Sarah Longman; and his friend Captain. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
