He was predeceased by: his mother Doris Hicks; his grandparents, Ernest, Ella Carlson, Dean and Margaret Hicks; and his pets, Stomper (Shady) and Zep (Zepplin).
He is survived by: his father Keith Hicks; his significant other Jennifer Martuo; his stepdaughter Raylene Martuo-McDonnell (Chase); his grandson Wyatt Martuo; his siblings, Keith Hicks and Penny Nergard (Karl); and his nephews, Catlin Nergard and Brodie Nergard (Carissa).
