She was predeceased by: her husband Dirk Byl. She is survived by: her children, Colleen Van Ooyen (Peter), John (Catherine), Frank (Susanne) and Ken (Wendy). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, one sister-in-law, one brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
