He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Duncan McKechnie and Hilda McKechnie (Gutheridge); his wife Gloria; and his children, Cheryl Bryngelson (Dale), Gregg (Michele) and Gerry (Tara). He was also cherished by his children, nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
