He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul and Johanna; and his sons, Joseph and Bruce. He is survived by: his wife Madelon; his sons, Paul Duran (Alexandra) and Herb Jr. "Bert" (Sandy); and his granddaughters, Katherine and Christine (Garret).
