She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Bailey and Catharine Bailey (Saskatoon); and her sisters, Virginia Spriggs and Marjorie Goodrich. She is survived by: her nephews, James Spriggs (Lucille) and John Goodrich (Prescille); her niece Kathryn Noel (Roch Lahaie); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Christine Thille (Nick), Isabelle Lahaie, Andrew Spriggs (Tonya), Ken Goodrich (Kate) and Christopher Goodrich (Rachel); Maxwell, Benjamin Thille, Emmett, Liam, Hannah Spriggs, Rowan Goodrich and Paisley Goodrich.

In the summer of 2022, Isabel hosted a grand 95th-and-a-half birthday tea for family and friends to reconnect following several years of isolation due to the pandemic.

A celebration of Isabel's life will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, on Monday, October 23, 2023, at 1:00 p.m. Aunt Isabel was a generous person and donated to many charities throughout the province. In lieu of flowers, please honor her memory by donating to a local charity that is close to your heart.
