He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas and Johanna; his wife Florence "Jean"; his brothers, Wayne and Arnold; his sister-in-law Bernice; and his grandson Aaron.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Hyworon (Alan) and Larry (Louise); his brother Milton (Ione); and his grandchildren, Carolyn Lewis (Darcy), Derek (Tara) and Sheldon (Shari). He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews.
