He is survived by : his children, Shari (Kevin), Christa and Marc (Tamara); his grandchildren, Braeden, Mikaela, Anikin, Justin, Juniper and Aspen; his sister Germaine; his nieces and nephews, Gerid, Elizabeth (Clinton), Rematgen and Dale Jr.; his siblings, Janette (Brent), Dale Sr., Fred (Margaret), Ronnie and Terry; his sister-in-law Doreen Lankey; his close friend Donna; his pet Mojo; and his wife Carol.
