It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Victor Powell of Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on June 17, 2025, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Powell and Minnie Powell; and his father-in-law Elmer Brown. He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his children, Michael (Krista), Sarah (Mike) and Chris (Sara); his brothers, Larry, David, Alan and Don; and his grandchildren, Olivia, Everett, Everly, Grayson, Uriah, Briar and Hannah.

In lieu of flowers, friends and family so wishing may make donations in Jim's memory to the Anne Luke Legacy Fund, which supports Regina Early Learning Centre Programs. (https://cfss.fcsuite.com.) A come and go viewing will be held at Speers Funeral Chapel, 2136 College Avenue, Regina, SK, on Tuesday, June 24, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
