She is survived by: her parents, Ellie Welsh and Gerry Welsh; her children, Thomas Welsh, Monica Peterson and Olivia Brennan; and her siblings, Christine Welsh (Tony), Brenda Welsh, Laura (Brad), Paul Welsh (Mary Ann) and Jennifer Welsh (Frank). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
