She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Rowand and Alice Rowand; her former husband Franklin Smith; and her siblings, Claude, Marion, Rena and Ross.
She is survived by: her husband Frank; her daughter Sheryl Clarke (Jason); and her granddaughters, Anastasia, Alexandra, Savannah and Gabriella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
