Joan Gillis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan Gillis (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Mazenod, Saskatchewan, who passed away on July 26, 2023, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Knoke and Evelyn Knoke; her parents-in-law, Ken and Jo Gillis; her brothers-in-law, Grant Gillis, Ken Bohlken, Lawrence Kosiol and Bill Gillis; and her son-in-law Bill Neil.

She is survived by: her husband Carl Gillis of Gray; her daughters, Naomi Wiens (Dave) and Pam Pickering (Howard); her grandchildren, Jason Sherman (Jenn) and Stephanie Lorence (John); her great grandchildren, Wyatt, Henri, Autumn and Harriet; and her sisters-in-law, Bebe Gillis, Betty Gillis and Opal Bohlken. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
