He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter and Susanna; and his daughter Sandra Heathcote. He is survived by: his wife Winnifred; his daughters, Susan Campbell (Perry) and Katherine Wong (Solomon); his son-in-law Peter Heathcote; his grandchildren, John, Nicole, Nora and Sophia; his great grandchild Logan; and his brother Levi Heinrichs. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
