He is survived by: his wife Sue; his children, Patty Gignac (Julien), Cathy Turtle, Mary Turtle, Harry Turtle (Marie) and Robert Turtle (Lani Elliott); and his friend Janine Windolph. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 7 great grandchildren.
