She was predeceased by: her father Robert Crawford; her stepmother Ann Crawford; her mother Carol Dobson; her in-laws, Sharon and Don Williams; her father-in-law Robert Owens; and her brother-in-law Don Owens.
She is survived by: her husband Ron Owens; her children, Dustin (Briten), Michael and Candice (Josh); her grandchildren, Brady, Ayden, Kori, Kian, Emily, Hailee, Ryder, Kyler, Tyler and Mikiah; her siblings, Chris (Johanne) and Diane Dobson; and her brothers-in-law, Steve (Jill) and Roger Owens.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 10th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the Serb Club (2775 Avonhurst Dr, Regina, SK S4R5R4).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joyce's memory to the Allan Blair Cancer Centre.
