We announce the death of Joyce Perras (Regina, Saskatchewan), born in Montmartre, Saskatchewan, who passed away on August 18, 2026, at the age of 71. Joyce will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. Joyce will be remembered for the impact she had on the lives of those around her. Friends, family, and colleagues will cherish their memories and the time shared. Those who knew Joyce will remember moments of kindness, warmth, and presence. Though words cannot fully capture her life, the legacy of connections and experiences remains. Joyce’s absence will be deeply felt by those who valued her companionship.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kotylak and Anne Kotylak. She is survived by: her husband Clem; her children, Jason (Carrie Brown) and Krista (Dean Petkau); and her sisters, Pat, Stella, Carol and Josephine.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Regina Funeral Home and Cemetery (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8).
