She was predeceased by: her husband Murray; her children, Penny Wingert and Jim; her grandson Steven Hunter; and her son-in-law Pete Wingert.
She is survived by: her children, Wendy Miller (Gary), Brenda Baecker (Rainer), Brian (Jeane), Gordon (Lori) and Neil (June); and her daughter-in-law Doris Hunter. She is also survived by her 15 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Jean may be made to the Royal Canadian Legion, 86 Aird Place, Ottawa, ON K2L 0A1; or the Veterans Association.
