He is survived by: his son Walter Lewis (Linda); his grandchildren, Sean and Melissa; his great grandchild Austin; his daughter-in-law Glenda; and his granddaughters, Mandy Sitter (Luke) and Stephanie. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

“We both remember Ken Block who passed away, age 95. Rest In Peace + condolences to the family. I used to visit him regularly in the Campbell Care Home (where Jenny was the manager, he was one of her very favorite residents!), to chat with him, usually about stamp collecting! He'd owned a bicycle sales & repair shop in Regina before retiring. Very few people are aware that he was born + raised in a Jewish family at Oungre Sk; later he gave up that faith + kept that a secret! (R + J Watzke, Regina)”
