She is survived by: her daughter Dana Meredyk; her grandson Colin Forsyth; her granddaughter-in-law Vivian Lee; her great grandchildren, Niko and Kody Forsyth; her sister Czeslawa Smolenski (Winnipeg); her sisters-in-law, Donna Lukomski (Regina) and Elizabeth Lukomski; Stanley.
