He was predeceased by: his parents, Anton Hornung and Catherine Hornung; his wife Sherry Schick; and his siblings, Ken Hornung and Eunice.

He is survived by: his sons, Jessie and Branden Rebrinsky; his brothers, Ted Hornung, Bob Hornung and Jon Graves; his nieces, Tracy, Stephanie and Tara; and his nephew Blair.
