He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest and Josephine; his son Craig; and his siblings-in-law, Melvyn and Glennis.

He is survived by: his wife Kathleen; his son Darcy; his grandchildren, Taylor (Cortney), Jessica (Drew) and Tristan (Kyler); his daughter Karla (Gary); his grandchildren, Karter, Tegan (Tyson) and Ashton; his daughter Leah (Glen); his grandchildren, Brooklyn (Tyler) and Nevada; his daughter-in-law Joyce; his grandchildren, Dax and Cassidy (David); his great grandchild Anna; his brother Elroy; and his sister-in-law Carolyn. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
