Laverne Marlyne Steele Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Laverne Marlyne Steele in Regina, Saskatchewan, who passed away on October 17, 2025 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Roderick Steele; her father Kevin Kapell; her parents-in-law, Roy and Veronica Steele; and her brothers-in-law, Trevor Steininger and Stewart Beresh.

She is survived by: her children, Robin Hilderman (Corey), Brayden Steele (Kylie Wilson) and Laura Steele (Dustin Palyvos); her grandchildren, Lakelyn and Caden Hilderman; her children, Paityn, Paisley, Jagger Wilson and Eleni Palyvos; her mother Marlyne Kapell; her sisters, Rhonda Kapell and Tracy Krushen (Rhett); and her in-laws, Brenda Larsen (Dwight), Brian Steele (Heather), Dennis Steele (Karen), Theresa Beresh, Loreen Windjack (Nick) and Bernard Steele (Cathy). She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
