She was predeceased by: her father Ted. She is survived by: her mother Phyllis; her sister Lorena (Joey); her children, Chelsea (Henrik), Shannon (Travis) and Ashley (Joe); her grandchildren, Isabelle, Jack, Adlee and Elliott; and her nieces, Amanda (Ryan) and Jessica (Nate). She is also survived by numerous relatives and friends.
