“My memories of Lil are filled with her zest for life and telling of a good joke. Lil was kind to our family and stayed in touch as long as she could. With my mom Ida’s passing and now Lil’s, the stalwarts of our original families are now gone. They lived long family filled lives with the inevitable ups and downs, joys and tragedies, but they showed us how to move through life with grace while being of service to the community.
