He was predeceased by: his parents, Thor and Daisy. He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Benjamin and Sarah (Dave); his sisters, Janice and Audrey (Darryl); and his nieces and nephews, Erin, Cheryl (JB), Joel (Lauren) and Katie (Jamie).
