He is survived by : his sons, Blaze, Lucas and Chase; the parent of his children Farrah; his son Colt; his mother Donna Pratt; his sisters, Carol and Murall Bird; and his brothers-in-law, Mervin Mandes and Clarence Mandes. He is also survived by cousins.
