She is survived by: her children, Lorna (Mark) and Dale (Kathy); her grandsons, Robert (Cailyn), Neil (Lins), Grant (Audrey), Jeff (Shirene) and Scott (Robyn); her great grandchildren, Hannah, Griffen, Tomas, Henry, Zoey, Katie, Kinley, Presley, Sawyer, Lennon, Owen and Graham; her niece Heather Canevaro; her husband Vernon; and her mother-in-law Sarah Henry (Bradshaw).

“Condolences to my life-long friend Dale, wife Kathy, their family and the rest of the Henry family over the loss your mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, Gwen. Gwen was very much representative of all farmwives and mothers of that time (60’s - 70’s); strong, capable, hard-working and caring, not only for her own family, but also for friends and neighbours within the community. I am grateful to have known Gwen and husband Verne as well as I did growing up. May you rest in peace.”
