Margaret Hooey Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Margaret Hooey (Regina, Saskatchewan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 7, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Margaret farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Margaret is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Malhiot (Dureault) and Leo Malhiot; her brother Gerry Malhiot; and her son Terry Hooey. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Hooey (Gerry); her grandson Tyler Hooey (Giselle); her great grandchild Coryn Hooey (Ryan); and her friends, B. C. and Alberta.
A memorial service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Regina Funeral Home (4001 Victoria Ave, Regina, SK S4T1M8).
