She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Melnyk and Elsie Melnyk (Lerat); and her brothers, Michael Lazich, Elroy Trithardt, Tim Atkinson (Karen Shortill), Dan and Stephen.
She is survived by: her husband Steve; her son Corey; her grandchildren, Liam and Lennon Atkinson; and her sisters, Karen, Kathy and Leah. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
