With sadness, we share the passing of Margaret Wicks of Regina, Saskatchewan. Margaret, born on March 5, 1933, passed away on September 4, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Wicks; her parents, Justin Garrett and Helen Garrett; and her siblings, Mary Cates (Lyle), Jim Garrett (Cynthia), Vivian Gummeson (Ward), Ronald Garrett (Maureen), Wesley Garrett (Joan) and Joyce Garrett.
She is survived by: her son Douglas Wicks of Saskatoon, SK; her grandchildren, Jesse (Debbie), Derrick (Marsha), Rhejis and Logan; her daughter Donna Sweeney (Bruce) of Regina, SK; her grandchildren, Matthew and Denise (Connor); her daughter Marjorie Helfrick (Bob) of Parksville, BC; and her grandchildren, Kevin (Dani) and Katrina (Tyler). She is also survived by several great grandchildren as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Rd Family Funeral Chapel (1825 1 Ave NE, Weyburn, SK S4H0A1).
