Marilyn Dery Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on April 3, 2026, Marilyn Dery (Regina, Saskatchewan) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ed Dery; her parents, Kay Butchko and Nick Butchko; her brother Jim Butchko; her uncles, Jack, John and Fred Butchko; her close friends, Earl Playter and Dianne Gatrell; and her pets, Muffin, Mandy and Maggie.

She is survived by: her sister Donna King (Woody); her nieces, Kimberly Shaw (Ian) and Tara King (Colin Magne); her great-nephews, Adam Shaw (Gill), Isaac Shaw (Hannah) and Benjamin Magne; her sister Darcy Butchko; her sister-in-law Louella Butchko; her nephew Jason Butchko (Michael); and her caregiver Leanna.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pasqua Palliative Care Unit or the Regina Humane Society.
