It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mark Stanley Billan (Regina, Saskatchewan), who passed away on September 26, 2020, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Mark Stanley Billan to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by: his father Edward Billan; and his aunt Edythe Brown. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy of Red Deer, AB; his grandchildren, Logan and Juliette of Regina; his brother Scott (Karen) of Red Deer, AB; his nephew Evan; his niece Hanna; and his wife Lorna.

Due to COVID restrictions, an intimate family gathering will be held.

“In 1981 I think Mark and another guy who's name I never could remember answered the call I made to the A.A. hotline. Although I didn't stay sober then, his message bore deep into my consciousness resulting in 33 years sobriety and still counting. He's very much responsible for my being able to write this today. It hurts my heart to hear of his passing. He truly was an incredible person. I'm terribly sorry for your loss, as in the past he'll always be gratefully remembered.”
