He is survived by: his wife Maria; his son Dariusz (Małgorzata); his grandchildren, Michał (Brittany), Jonathan (Kelly) and Alexandra (Troy); and his great grandchild Jakub.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Anthony's Polish Roman Catholic Church, 2275 Atkinson Street, Regina, Saskatchewan.
