He is survived by : his wife Carmela Fiacco; his sons, Tony Fiacco (Cynthia), Pat Fiacco (Angie) and Frank Fiacco (Shyloe); his grandchildren, Ryan, Melissa, Natalia, Jordan, Matthew, Chantelle (Darcy), Christopher, Micaella, Trisha (Jon), Shauna (Michael), Dakota and Sierra; his siblings, Joe Fiacco (Margaret), Clelia DiCintio and Yolanda Fiacco; his son Mike (Carmela); and his friend Frank. He is also survived by many great-grandchildren.

A rosary was held on Sunday, September 10th 2023 at 4:00 PM and on Monday, September 11th 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Cathedral (3125 13th Ave, Regina, SK S4T1P2).
